Williamson Park Butterfly House
The tropical Butterfly House occupies a restored Edwardian palm house in Williamson Park, Lancaster, home to free-flying exotic butterflies and birds, with a small animal zoo alongside. Entry to the park grounds is free, while the Butterfly House and mini zoo are ticketed. Formerly an Edwardian palm house, it is now a rainforest home to butterflies, koi carp and tortoises, including blue morpho and emerald swallowtail butterflies.
