What is a Resource Pack?

The Resource Pack tool (πŸ“¦) lets you collect resources from across the site into a custom pack that you can save, share, and print. It is designed to help teachers quickly assemble a personalised set of materials for a lesson or topic.

Open the Resource Pack panel at any time by clicking the πŸ“¦ button in the top bar. The badge on the button shows how many items are currently in your pack.

Building a Pack

Click the + Add button on any resource β€” such as a Nature Example, Activity, or Reflection β€” to add it to your pack. Resources can be gathered from any page on the site and combined into a single pack.

Once items are in your pack, you can reorder them using the up and down arrow buttons on each card, or remove individual items with the Γ— button.

Naming Your Pack

A name field appears at the top of the Resource Pack panel once you have added items. Click the name to edit it. The pack name is included when you copy a link, create a bookmark, or export the pack.

Saving and Sharing

Copy Link β€” Generates a URL that encodes all the resources in your pack. Paste it into a browser to restore the exact same pack. This is useful for sharing a resource pack with a colleague.

Bookmark β€” Opens a dialog where you can drag a link directly to your browser's bookmarks bar. The bookmark URL contains the full pack, so opening it will always restore your resources. You can also copy and paste the URL from this dialog to share it.

Print View β€” Displays all your resources in a clean, printable layout. Use your browser's print dialog (or the Print / Save as PDF button) to produce a physical or PDF copy.

Save HTML β€” Downloads a standalone HTML file containing all your resources. This file can be opened in any browser without an internet connection. Images are loaded from the site, so an internet connection is needed to display them.

Save HTML with images β€” Downloads a larger, fully self-contained HTML file with all images embedded directly. This version works entirely offline and is suitable for archiving or sharing with someone who may not have internet access.

Clearing Your Pack

Click Clear All to remove all items from your pack and start fresh.
